Reservation Requirements
Please provide the following information:
Date, time, and duration of event
Number of participants
Name and telephone of host
Name and telephone of contact person
Cost Center number/project code
Major credit cards accepted
Event (e.g. meeting, business lunch, videoconference meeting)
Food/beverage requirements (if any)
Equipment requirements for the event (e.g. videoconference)

The Conference Coordinator will determine the best  accommodations for your event/meeting. All rooms are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Upon completion, a confirmation with all the booking details will be sent to the client.  Advanced notice of cancellation will be honored. However, any food which has already been prepared will be charged to your department.

Boardroom Video - Service Update
The Boardroom Video service has grown considerably over the past few years. Due to the growth and increased complexity, there is a need to streamline the service. To ensure stability is maintained while improvements are being made, a guide entitled 5 rules for ensuring a successful video conference has been created to help you avoid some common problems that prevent successful delivery of the service. In order to deliver the most positive user experience we kindly ask you to take these rules into consideration the next time you schedule a Boardroom video conference.
