Launched in 1996 to serve the Business & Industry sector, Eurest Dining Services marked its first year of operations in North America by winning the IBM account. This was the largest contract ever awarded in the history of the industry. Since then, Eurest has grown rapidly -- adding new clients, and major national contracts.

Eurest counts among its clients most of the Fortune 500 companies, including the first global contract in the foodservice industry serving 110,000 Philips employees at 118 sites in Europe and the United States. Eurest's Profiles in Good Taste program debuted in 1998 at the corporate headquarters for Southwest Airlines.
